Water Tank Clean and Chlorination
Cleaning and chlorinating a water tank involves draining it completely to access the interior, removing any debris and sediment, washing the surfaces with a mild detergent, and applying a chlorine solution for disinfection, allowing it to stand for 1 hour. After this period, the tank is drained again and rinsed thoroughly to eliminate any residual chlorine before being refilled with clean water and tested for safety to ensure it meets health standards BS8558.
